There’s no question: Origami can get so complex and downright hard.
But it’s so fan and so great for developing hand-eye coordination in children (and us adults).
So my husband and I have a series of origami videos. A good place to start with this is tutorial on how to make an origami puppy.
All you need is a
square piece of paper and
a pen or marker.
There is no cutting involved, so it’s ideal even young children. As I say, it’s quite simple and a great place for children who want to learn about origami.
